  • If you can't get it to work the way I have said, here is an app that can help - and add the feature of enabling sharing of *any* folder: MacDropAny (search in google, YouTube won't let me include a link).

  • @kyledoherty I have noticed other people don't get that option, either. It might be related to whether you have the "pro/paid" version or not. Or, perhaps the version of dropbox?

    Try right clicking on a folder instead of a file. or a file rather than a folder.

  • Is there a reason why I wouldnt get an option for choosing Dropbox when I right click? I am not getting that option...could you help?
