Not nearly as many as die through using solid-fuel stoves. We can resolve that with electricity and gas. We can't do anything about the Earth's natural climate cycles.

It appears you don't. Do you know how little temperature rise can be expected from carbon dioxide doubling? Do you realise that climate hysteria is based entirely on positive feedback, when all evidence is that feedback is negative?
