I create this quick and effective workout for our friday nights when we usually skip the workout so we can go out. Well guess what, we don't have to skip it anymore. This is very quick but intense 10 minutes that will definitely tone up those abs and butt.

  • This video works the glutes..but since you requested, I will make a video specially dedicated to the glutes. This includes gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus! :) feel free to give me more suggestion vids

  • Hey! I was just wondering if you could do a video that explains a weekly workout routine and which exercises you should do per day, how many reps, etc. I really want to start exercising again, but I am unsure what routine I should follow! THANK YOU! : )
