  • Watch out when doing this exercise! If your core isn't strong or you have bad posture, this might actually hurt your lower back.

  • @pearlmjhz arch your lower back so it's flexing, keep your chest out and forwards and don't let your knees go over your toes. if this still continues to hurt there may be somethin wrong with your back. id get it checked out
