how the fuck do you save beats? can it be done?

you save it to an empty spot, in the D's there's a lot of empty spots. you turn off memory protect in global mode then press write once, move the dial to the spot you want to save it, then press write again and that's it

I think the parts being slightly out of tune make it sound more unique and experimental
