I wrote this while in the process of making a play with my senior drama class at Redwood High School. I was inspired by the topic of our generation in comparison to the generations that came before us. Hope you like it, feel free to leave any comments. Please excuse that I look a mess!!

this song doesn't have a real "system", it's like you just sing what comes to your mind even if the lyrics look like there is a true melody. I love the lyrics but not the melody.

@MissMoonlight1994 yeah thats the downfall 2 not being able 2 play any instruments is that the melodies that come from my head r tainted and unoriginal, and sometimes nonsensacle, but im learning piano, my strong point has always been lyrics, but hopefully with learning i can improve my melodies

@lexiluvchica but ya know, who says every song has 2 has a distinct melody, i like to b unconventional, against the grain, i c what ur sayin (and im not quite responding properly but thought i should throw that in) would probably sound better with music 2

Your lyrics are great:) I can hear you have a good voice but the key sounded a little all over the place...it was hard to find the melody. That style is really difficult to sing acapella:) You have a lot of potential, get some music behind you and you'll sound even better! Keep it up!

hahaha yeeah, I definately have to work on staying on pitch, etc, I just have to get more experience and do more ear training, by the way, you have a great voice as well!
