  • fidelista4, thanks for the question. Yes they are both designed to strengthen the core. With the Bag the weight is acting on a different extension plane. So you can control the weight differently and it activates different muscle groups. In the Clubbell, 2 handed mill, there is some pulling involved,( back and biceps) and some pushing (chest and triceps) as well. The Bulgarian bag, around the world can best be analogised to the Gama cast in clubbells, in my opinion.

  • The first Piece of equipment is a Bulgarian Bag 55lbs in weight. The Club bell is 45lbs, -'The Bruiser'
