  • And Derek, I must tell you, or more so...just "share" with you cuz you hold the same knowledge I do, about the "finding the quiet" or quiet place away from the hecticness of modern day society and technology....I cannot agree with you more! I take my dog, rain or shine, sun or snow and brutal winter winds, down the river each day for his run. And each day, no matter how cold it is, I still find that peace and remembering when I look at the trees and plants.

  • Derek, you can also find me on Facebook. My name on there is Dakota Wicahpi Win Hill ...... add me on if you are on there. We need to speak. No ... I'm not some crazy groupie wierdo stalker typa person. I'm simply a Dakota Woman whom values our ways....hope to hear from you soon.

  • TY Derek, you've restored my faith in our Sioux men. I cannot thank you enough and pray there will come a day when I will have the HONOR of speaking with you. If you have email Derek, PLEEEEEESE email me at blue_lightning_woman@hotmail.com ..... I will tell you why after, but have a hunch you already know why LOL.

  • WAdo for this my friend Derek I enjoyed so lovely soft rainbows of my much love peace beauty and harmony upon you and all your family as you walk this path of life may you always feel my warm huggs xoxoxox

  • Awesome. Thank you for sending this to me.

  • Thank you so much for watching. If you would like to share this video please feel free to do so. Whirlwind thanks all for taking the time to listen to his words. Wamblee

  • Beautiful. :) His words are so pertinent - we are one people, but so many cultures and religions are divisive, which causes so much death. His words on the ancestors are so comfortingly true. We all must live in a good way. Thank you for sharing this. Mitakuye oyasin.
