Not all of them though but a lot i've seen on youtube seem that way. Very good question.

how come the people who breaks records with a kettlebell look like they've never worked out in their entire lives ?
-
@9611728 - I'm no doctor or fitness expert, but when you swing a kettle bell it involves more muscle groups but less intensity on each muscle as opposed to curling a dumbbell, where the intensity is concentrated on specific muscles.

You probably train wrong.... I have been lifting for a year and i can lift pretty heavy weights and also for reps....

Valery,
So you did "bulk up" on purpose for this record attempt? What was your body weight for this, 95kg or so? Awesome lifting.

Actually it wasn't a goal to bulk up but it happened. I have bulked up on US food before but here not the case. I was in Asia for this training and eating :-) The goal was not to worry about food or cardio as KB StrongSport has no weight class. It is not only my belly that is bigger, but everything. The issue is how difficult it is to get much volume with 44kg+ kettlebells. I can get a good few sets in each day but I do not sweat. I know how to get to 80kg with kettlbells when I need to! VF

Valery has been enjoying good ole American cuisine.
Good job on the jerks.

hahaha Yes, I am not 76kg like I was when Champion. Actually I did no cardio and ate like a horse while lifting heavy kettlebells for a few months. I have a few more feats to do with heavy bells and then I return to fitness. I'm bigger than Arnold! :-)
