are you using usb uploader? or is it a original game?

It's because you have a european shop channel.
For play online, you must delete your count shop.
You must too change your wii region with any region changer, and select channel code : 1 and read just under.
After, you will have a japanese shop channel, and you can play free online until 03/05/09 ;)
After, you must will be oblige to pay japanese wiipoints ;)
