Emmalia Antoinette was born August 6th, 2009 at OHSU medical center via waterbirth under the care of the OHSU midwives. She was my 6th baby in 11 years.
If you do not have home birthing as an option I highly suggest using the midwives of the local hospitals available to you and definitely a waterbirth. Our bodies KNOW how to birth, we are not broken we are not sick- we are mothers.
