Homemade Tapioca easy to make only takes 30min-hour to make clean up included.
you will need
Quick Organic Tapioca1/4 cup pre- soaking optional in 1 cup water will expand
Coconut Milk 3 cups
2 eggs
1/3 cup organic sugar
one Teaspoon Vanilla extract
one pinch salt sea salt
Cinnamon 1-2 teaspoons
Nutmeg 1-3 teaspoons
Cardomin 1-2 teaspoons
Rose water for cooking 1 tablespoon
pot
med. - low heat
beat eggs really well
put sugar in eggs beat
put coconut milk in with eggs mix
put in pot on med heat put in spices
mix in pot
put in Tapioca
mix on stove so as not to burn milk or curdle eggs
once it seems to be bubbling as in boiling lower heat
keep stirring
when Tapioca becomes transparent done
15 min usually enough time.
put in desert bowls 1/2 cup -1 cup serving sizes
put them on tray and into your frig for at least one hour before eating or cool
overnight.
Can be served with a pistachios chopped on top,or chopped almonds.
Can also add fruit such as banana on top ,but not necessary.
Or Rose petals on top (edible only)

@newkie2008 Tapioca is a starch ,more of a texture than a flavor, It will take on the flavors you add to it ,like Tofu.But I love tapioca pudding ..
