No. These guys really are from Tennessee, but they live in LA now. They don't talk like this normally, but they grew up around it and it comes natural to them when they want to do their Redneck routine. I'm sure it also has a cathartic effect. Having grown up in Georgia without an accent, I can relate. You can make yourself sound down home in a hurry if get in the right state of mind
