TMFIT Boxing Fitness Classes are a great chance to add something different and fun to your exercise regime. Learn correct punching techniques whilst increasing your fitness levels, burning calories and toning muscles. Classes are limited to 10 people and involve group warm-ups to concentrate on technique, then working in partners on specific drills using boxing pads and punch bags. The class finishes with circuit type activities such as press-ups and skipping.
