Amtrak and Caltrain on Christmas Day

Most of us enjoy a day off on Christmas, but not the passenger rail workers. Happy belated holidays to these workers who keep us moving. I caught two Amtraks, and a Caltrain MP15DC switching a gallery car around in Santa Clara and San Jose.

@BUICK925 Good Luck, you probably need College Degree, Class B CDL with Passenger endorcement and airbrakes, and years of train driving experiences. and probably total of $6000 for the training program maybee. I have my Class A CDL with Tankers and Hazmat endorcement but no driving experience and Swift asking me $4000 to get in to their acadamy.

That's really a nice tribute of you! It's good to be reminded of the people who continue to work hard while we rest. It reminds us that we're all a part of the same society, and that sometimes we have to make personal sacrifices for the greater good! Thanks!

@Amtrak1194 Caltrain has been going bankedrupt because of budget defict, and since there getting les ridership, they should just run the train with just one cars just like that at 2:02 thats more economical.
