I got to sing bass on this cut. I played keys on most of the other stuff. But yea brother Hershall play on this one. Just too funky!!! I loved it. And I loved just singing on this cut!! Betty had an ear for funk!

I played guitar on this album and the Larry she refers to is Larry Johnson her cousin and very funky bass player. You are correct about Hershall on clavinet though. Larry Graham played on her first album this cut is from her second which she produced on her own. She was a very beautiful person to work with and we all had a great time.
