I'm starting to think all the "meat" (finger quotes) references were MEANT to sound like they did. I didn't think about it at first. First the lady, then the cop at the end where "EAT HIS MEAT" was the only part he smiled at.

When I first saw this commercial the serious meat part cracked me up but also when he says "let the captain eat his meat" it sounded like let the captain beat his meat.
