A ballista and a catapult is combined to make the ultimated weapon.

You've got it wrong, a ballista is fired by a force pushing on the projectile (mainly being a bolt) while a catapult fires ammunition by hurling it. You've just made two different ways of throwing an object using the same mechanism.

You misunderstood the meaning of the ballista, it was basically a huge crossbow, not a catapult.
