8-12-07 Tree Cutting & Removal

This video was posted for our lawyer. Property line is the far side of rock bed. Cypress tree was about 50 feet tall, completely rooted on our side of property, but leaning out onto property line. With no notice, neighbor cuts off major parts of the tree, cutting into the trunk, damaging tree, and cutting off branches on our side of property line too. While legal to cut off branches on your side of property, it is not legal to cut into the trunk and threaten the life of the tree. And also, not very nice to majorly hack into your neighbor's tree with no notice.
In the end, we decided not to sue him (to remove and replace the tree), and agreed to have him remove the rest of the tree. Now we have no tree there, but not by choice.

Sue his ass, he would sue you. I hate these neighbors that think they can go to someones property and do what they please. Get a good lawyer.

Looks to me like the work men are also doing their best to help the your neighbours to make your life difficult, what started all this?? this could get realy out of control, TAKE both the workers boss and your neighbour to court YOU WILL WIN.

House flippers should be stopped. They're ruining housing markets by over pricing them rapidly and they have no respect for neighbourhoods or any interest in the future of the neighbourhood. We have a neighbour(A) who is harassing his neighbour(B) about access to neighbour(B)'s backyard. His dog runs loose deficating and urinating where it pleases. He's now taken to harassing my family just because we don't hide the fact that we hate him. There's a special place in hell reserved for him...

First, park ur car in front of ur house where they r parking. Next go out when they are there and make em stay off, or else. Be careful, for all the video work, they will prolly get back at u more. Were u all friend b4 the work started?

Like I said in another video of yours...a fence will solve your problems. Just make sure it's on your property.

Yeah put up a fence, then if they damage it, sue their ass's. I put a boxwood in my front yard and I have never had a dog popping or peeing in my yard since.

a simple way to stop them is barb wire and steel post. Work fast and easy.. I would park my car in the way and file a noise complaint as well..

I hate realtor neighbors. I had one who never cut their grass. They couldn't sell so they cut back on house maintinance like landscaping. Of course when they did bring someone there for a viewing the house looked like crap. Million dollarhouse and the lawn is 3feet high.

How much does it cost to fill a tank on a push mower? 2 bucks? Of course the city came and cut it but they just a half ass job.

from seeing all these videos it looks to me like you have a case
