  • I came across this video while experiencing the usual lower back pain that accompanies hours of studying. I decided to try some of these exercises during my break and notice a difference in the intensity of the pain almost immediately. Apparently I REALLY need to work on my posture

  • it seems like these excercies would exaggerate the curveature in of the lower spine rather start curving it out. why is this? does this actually help? im 17 and have had a sway back my whole life and want to start doing some excercises to reverse it. if someone could comment back who knows anything thanks
