This is a picture of Bitty and Sharona! Bitty isn't a guest-star yet! (I hope, I want her to be in Mr. Monk and the End! Unless she's in more than one I HOPE!) But, I think she was just visiting. (Tony said Bitty visits now and then) I love this picture! If you notice Traylor has her arm around Bitty! Buddies!! :D
Maybe it was a party or something since Tony's brother was there too. IDK!

My husband and I are MAJOR Monk lovers...and we aren't big couch potatoes, either. What I love about Monk is it crosses all generations. Was looking at my niece Sarah's Facebook page the other day...Favorite Show? Monk! We have all of the DVDS. I happen to like the general episodes better that Bitty was in, so I thought I liked her better. But after awhile, Traylor really grew on me. I cannot really say who is my favorite....each lady had their own style and character and I loved them both.

@dux4111 I agree completely! I can't pick a favorite(: I personally don't see how people can be Monk lovers and hate on one of the characters? It's all about the timing of the two characters. :)

Just got into Monk for the first time as don't watch much TV. I have watch and loved every show from the start through series 5. Then could not get 6 and 7 so on 8. I really liked Sharona and felt a bit sorry for her when she was sacked. But I think Natalie was far better for the show and let Monk take the limelight and took the role as a side kick rather than trying to steal scenes. Just seen the two assistant episode and it was the only bad one. She acts like a money hungry bully.

Yea both assistants were great. Sharona was more of the "mother hen" while Natalie was more of what i thought of as an assistant. Yea Sharona had to leave since she was finished with the show so they had her move away to live with her ex. I liked both characters. Traylor definitely was great to look at, shes one sexy cutie pie. She was even better in her other tv series, way less clothes. Bitty, well she didn't do much after she left Monk, but she was great while on it.

Thanks for the personal email 'Monklover1996'. Appreciated it. Not too "youtube savvy" so wasn't sure how 2 respond back exactly. Anyway, I agree that each character had her own"time" on the show and did it her own way and in accordance with that character. My niece is only 18 & loves Monk. Also, have a nephew who is a Sheriff and loves Monk. We have discovered many of our friends & family are 'Monk-o-philes' since we have become smitten. Great mystery, writing, drama, characters, and acting!

When I first watched Monk I had gotten used to Bitty, then Traylor came on and I was like, wtf where is Sharona? Then after a few episodes I realized i liked Traylor better. What can I say, she's hotter and her voice isn't irritating.
