Fac, ut portem Christi mortem,
passionis eius sortem,
et plagas recolere.
Fac me plagis vulnerari,
cruce hac inebriari
ob amorem Filli
Inflammatus ed accensus
per te, Virgo, sim defensus
in die iudicii.
Fac me cruce custodiri,
morte Christi praemuniri,
conforverti gratia.
Quando corpus morietur,
fac, ut animae donetur
paradisi gloria. Amen.
Haz que llore la muerte de Cristo,
hazme partícipe de su pasión,
haz que me quede con sus heridas.
Haz que me hieran sus llagas,
haz que con la cruz me embriague,
y con la Sangre de tu Hijo.
Inflamado y elevado
defiéndeme tú, Virgen santa,
en el día del juicio.
Hazme custudio de la cruz,
fortalecido por la muerte de Cristo
y confortado por la gracia
Y cuando mi cuerpo muera,
haz que a mi cuerpo se conceda
la gloria del paraíso. Amén
Grant that I may bear the dead of Christ,
grant that I may share his passion
and contemplate his wounds.
Let me be wounded with his wounds,
inebriated by the cross
and the love of your Son.
Inflamed and set on fire,
may I be defended by you, O Virgin,
on the day of judgement.
Grant that I may be protected by the cross,
fortified by the death of Christ,
strengthened by grace.
When my body dies,
let my soul be granted
the glory of paradise. Amen.

in general i realy like Vivaldi, but i think pergolesis version is better, i mean Pergolesis can allow you to feel the pain.
