@cheryl7davis If you can't 'persuade or prove anything' you have no basis from which to judge Formless777's opinion regarding the bible. Nor can you judge any of the contrary evidence that all of the disciplines from Archeaology to Zoology has provided to show that the bible is anything other than a collection of legends. Hence the clinging of the 'faithful' to the shoddy workmanship, biased and usupported conclusions and stupendous leaps of faith required to award Wyatt any crediblity at all.

Dear @falchion49,I am steadfast in my faith.The Lord God of Heaven & earth is my life.The Lord knows my heart,I am not perfect,in fact far from it,but he is with me & this I know because I have 'FAITH'.(Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,the evidence of things not seen)Yes there are many false prophets & many are deceived, & rely on their own wisdom(such as it is,'their own'!)You know it is not I that can persuade or prove anything, but only if The Lord chooses to reveal them to you.

I think it is clear that while I like any sane person accept counsel from financial service providers, lawyers, medical practitioners, and similar professional people, as well as my friends and family, that I don't need any counsel from some raving demented cult that tells nothing but lies about the human condition and our place in the world. You Cheryl are clutching at a mirage, there is no God, and Jesus died for his own plentiful sins, never for a gentile woman like you.

@SilverCollector "I think you owe everyone here (plus accredited archeologists, geologists, the Turkish government & major world news networks)" Wrong. The Duripinar site was identified as not being an archaelogical site four decades ago. Wyatt managed to find nothing on his trip and no one who appears in his videos (funny that, I have to archive reports and a trail of evidence, Wyatt just had to produce a commercially available video) has claimed it's an ark. It's bloody limestone for a start!

My hear is not troubled or afraid. I have no superstitious worries to vex me, and no false scriptures to mislead me. I solve the problems I face, persevering in the knowledge that they are problems of this world, and within the ambit of a human mind to apprehend and manage. As to the comment "marvel not my bretheren if the world hate you", clearly Jesus was aware that his followers were filled with hate and that their evil acts would cause the world to loathe them.

If Ron Wyatt doesn't know enough to even use a ranging rod, a simple and ubiquitous tool of real archaeology, how can anyone take him seriously as an archaeologist ? The man's just a clown in a hat telling lies, and that's not at all remarkable, it's just amusing, a little sad and typical of Christian "scholarship".
