Press Release: "Finally, after almost twenty years of waiting, Mitch Malloy fans will have the opportunity to actually see Mitch Malloy live in their own living room as Firefest and Mitch prepare to release Mitch's first live concert DVD.

Recorded live at Firefest 5 in October 2008 in front of an army of Malloy fans, Live from Rock City catches Mitch and his band - Tommy Denander (guitar), Victor Broden (bass) and Magnus Ulfstdet (drums) pounding out favourite after favourite including nine tracks from the classic debut album, including Mission of Love, Cowboy and the Ballerina, Nobody Wins in this War and, of course, the seminal Anything at All.

The Mitch Malloy set at Firefest 5 was one of the most anticipated in the event's history and it more than lived up to expectation. The band, the crowd, the reaction ... it's all contained on Live from Rock City. It's a personal memento for anyone that attended the show, but more than that it's an opportunity for Malloy fans worldwide to finally see Mitch and his band do what they do best - ROCK!

Mitch had this to say about the forthcoming DVD: This DVD is something I have wanted to do since I was a kid. I am proud and honoured that you all are part of it. The fans were the real stars of this video and I insisted they got a lot of camera time. I just wish I knew every fan's name who was there as it is you guys I really want to thank. So let me say thank you to all the fans who travelled great distances to see the show - without you there is no show. And now you can see it whenever you want.

The DVD will be available in both PAL and NTSC formats but will be limited initially to 1000 copies total (500 each format).
