The real deadbeat is the state that separates innocent fathers from their children, and then keeps the fathers away by lack of enforcement of visitation rights while moms move all across the U.S. and engage in relationships with other people. I'm glad people are finally speaking out about this.

We also understand and agree that circumstances like child endangerment cases should be handled by the authorities and appropriate measures should be taken to protect the child/children. What we don't believe is that the system should provide unfair processes to remove fathers from their children's lives without cause.

@reggaetonloverbaby Cont'd...The issue was hopefullt rectified with his ex-wife, her divorce atty. & his mother-in-law (her mother) going down to the courthouse & cursing everyone out. Now, I'd like you to imagine what would've happened if he wasn't on good terms with his ex-wife. This is why I've remained childless for so long & I've had plenty of opportunities too. He's hoping & praying he doesn't receive another nasty gram next month.

@reggaetonloverbaby Cont'd...He & his ex-wife made contact w/ the court & informed them of the new arrangement. As such, he'd from now on being paying $500.00 instead of the $1,000.00. He got written documentation to reflect said change & a few months passed. All of the sudden a separate arm of the judicial system sent him a nasty gram saying he's behind by $2,500.00. He battle w/ them for months. They suspended his driver's license, contacted his job & threat to put a lien on his house.

@reggaetonloverbaby Cont'd...Recently, his ex-wife was notified that she was being laid off & as such she elected to go back to school for retraining for a new career. He agreed to adjust the custody agreement from weekends & every other Wednesday to two weeks out of the month; the right thing to do b/c any self-respecting man doesn't want the mother of their kids wallowing in poverty. As such, the stipulation dictated that the child support payments be reduced by half....

@reggaetonloverbaby I've worked in law enforcement. True, there are deadbeat dad's, but courts & society generally take the default position-man bad, woman good. Over the past 10 years, I've seen men ripped to shreds by courts; some justly so & some not so much. My best friend is going through this now. He has twin baby girls w/ his ex-wife w/ a $1,000.00 a month child support order; however, a stipulation in the order reduces said payment depending on how many days a month he has custody...

@blastitude (1) Most dads and paternity fraud pappys are too busy working to pay the extortion ransom and stay out of jail to ever fight or educate themselves. (2.) Because most dads are ill equiped to deal with the Child Extort Collection Agency and get railroaded before they even know what hit them. (3.) Cocky immature arrogance says that'll never happen to me and its over before they know it dam sure happened to them.
