The occupied Cyprus (they call it TRNC) is ONLY recognised by Turkey.Cyprus is a full member of the EU as one (of course) country.We are hoping for a solution - a fair solution for all.Of course this is hard when a country like Turkey is involved but still we are hoping for one.Also we will not say yes to a ridiculous-unfair-unacceptable plan because we deserve a real solution after all the crap weve been through.Also I will remove all BS comments from now on.Thank you

Now I see how the commercialization of a lifestyle has caused for that lifestyle to no longer exist. the most historical monuments in cyprus are greek, the majority of people that are cypriots are greek-cypriots that speak greek. the minority of 12 per cent that it was before the war , was turkish-cypriot , where they became cypriots by the occupation of many centuries that they live in the island. the obvious thing is that Cyprus has a Greek identity , and some people, or countries doesnt like that. and except that they invaded ilegally they now want the half of the island as Turkish! crazy...
