Ok that is great your 2lbs away from half a stone. Yes I understand what you mean I love takeaways and will start the week with healthy foods in my fridge fruits veg ect but because im not a big fan the novelty wheres off quickly. What I do is try and get healthy options at takeway and walk there and back the long way. Lipobind is my best friend cannot eat without it. I tend to eat a big dinner and lite breakfast and lunch. I am starting back at the gym tomorrow... Keep me updated ok.

Damn I wish I could join, but I'm going to have to wait 2 months due to surgery on my foot/leg a week ago :( I'll def. do it when I am OK'ed by my Doc!

no pills are needed. eat well & do plenty of cadrio exercises.

well,I have cleaned up my diet genrally,but do still mess up now and again.The main mistake I make is not stocking up on enough healthy food and then end up getting a takeaway(big fail I know..lol).Still I`ve lost about five pounds,so I`m going in the right direction.Thanks for asking,are you trying to lose weight?
