Free Speech (only in the blue box please)

Today I went down to the local DMV to hand out a few flyer's in support Ron Paul. My candidate for President believes in free speech, but I was soon told that I did not have the freedom to talk about that unless I was in a "blue box" and gave my name
and my supervisors name to the DMV authorities before hand. I explained I was a private citizen and
had no supervisor other than my wife. I was then told that it was NRS law that prohibit me from "soliciting" in front of the DMV. I explained that was not selling anything, "don't I have a right to freespeech?" They told me, "Yes, you have the
right to free speech within the blue box." But the condition to this is getting their permission to be in the "blue box." If I fail to comply could I got to jail? And if I did, what would a judge (or jury) say?

I did talk the the ACLU, they tell me there is no free speech unless you are on the sidewalk or the court house steps... the DMV or Post Office are off limits

These government yuppies and neo-cons just don't get it. I'll tell you right now what's going to happen if Ron Paul does'nt make it. Quite simply, Civil War or worse i know people that are amassing arms and preparing to fight if he don't make it there's alot of people who will not accept the Real ID or the NAU period. Ron Paul is our last hope.
