It takes longer then 3 years to tear down a team and build it up again from players to scouts , and thats what its been since 08 when burke took over, we had no prospects worth anything in 08, now there`s tons, Gardiner, Kadri, Colborne, Percy, Biggs, Frattin etc with an already young team with the big club with a young core of Schenn, Kulemin, Kadri, Franson, Kessel, Aulie, Gunnarsson, with 3 30 goal scorers, and most importantly a goalie who looks great. There`s nowhere to go but up for Tdot

spoke too soon buddy. Im a leafs fan but dont be so high on the team. the 3 30 goal scorers were duds except for Phil the thrill (obviously). prospects are just prospects. Hell, rico fata was once a prospect. its videos like these that are the embodiment of too much expectations for a team that hasn't found its ground yet.

The Maple Queefs are a joke of a team. First look at there schedule, there longest road trip is 5 games when most teams have at least one an 8 game road trip and they barely travel anywhere. Secondly look at the division, there might be one playoff contending team in that division. Third any good team they have played this year they have lost. It really seems to me that Burke and Bettman have intercourse with each other. The Queefs suck and they will never win the Cup ever.

rebuilding a team requires an infrastructure of winning. the leafs have no such thing. realize it doesn't take 3 years or 2 years or even if you want to believe longer, to put a winning team on the ice. the leaf organization gives 2 cents about winning a cup. wake up and stop dreaming. burke doesn't have the backing to put a winning team on the ice so you better realize son.
