  • hello misterblack and thanks for your question. Tai Chi is a traditional art of movement and an exercise for good health. we practise Sanda (Chinese Boxing) for combat and we have no interest or intention of beating anybody on the street. Thank you again or your eriudite input.

  • sorry but there is no such thing as a "traditional" 24 form... also the lifting of the heel is not yang style, it is Wu style... looks like chop suey to me...

  • @misterblack1997 , het is goed om te zien dat je veel weet. Al 'is het gay' (overigens als je kunt wat meester Mark Horton kan, wordt je van het doen van Tai Chi inderdaad vrolijk) in jouw ogen, mocht je ook zover groeien dat je goed begrip krijgt van de interne martial arts, zul je als je je eigen opmerking terug leest erg hard moeten lachen om jezelf. Maar tot het zover is, wens ik je veel wijsheid toe en hoop dat je veel leert.
