they say anything over 170 is cooking, good point to show that you can cook at a lower temp, tho slower!

I gave three of them to my southern neighbor, and gave two to my northern neighbor. I had one neighbor tell me that these cinnamon rounds were the best he ever tasted. :) :) :) Makes it worth the work. Thanks for the kind comments and the rating. Happy you like it.
