@mrsticks28 I was interested in your question and tried to find out, but the search was harder than I thought. The year was 1973 by the accounts i read, and the place of death was generally agreed to be New York City, but it's all pretty vague. He was great though, sure enough. i've read that he was a pretty awesome presence to the young English musicians when he was touring with Bo in the 60's. He was very tall, and I think once he was boiling a rabbit in a hotel room and started a fire.
Saw Diddley play his last stint in Australia at Blues n roots festival in Byron bay. All the young folk didn't know who he was.. except those who know good music
@MikeBlitzMag I love all of Bo's music, but this one is hauntingly special. What are the other two tracks you really like? I've seen many great rock and rollahs, but missed seeing Bo live.
Seems to start out as a really cool good time groove - which is precious enough already - but then it somehow subtly transforms into this magic trance music. I love Bo.

@Freethinker12341 It sounds like Little Walter but it's actually Lester Davenport.

anyone know what actually happened to Jerome Green? It was said he died in 1974, but where, why.
