3:30 PM ~ EAT (snack)

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ~ GYM #2

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM ~ EAT (DINNER)

7:15 PM - 8:30 PM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

8:30 PM - 8:45 PM ~ EAT (small snack; String Cheese, Muscle Milk etc.)

8:45 PM - 12:30 AM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

12:30 AM - 1:00 AM ~ BED

  • I really hope I was able to clear up a lot with this video. I know I've been slacking hard core and I need to do something about it. Choose whether or not you want to believe me.   • Mate you gotta keep at it and push yourself! Don't give up... at the beginning of the year i was 224 pound, 5 months later i was 172!! Gym twice a day 6 days a week and i completely changed my diet and lifestyle! i've kept it off and have also managed to gain over 25 pounds of muscle!! Don't let a bad week get you down, set yourself a gaol and stop at nothing to achieve it! Good luck!

  • I'm glad to see this change man, I just hope that you mean it this time, I've lost the weight I wanted to lose now it's your turn, you can do it! I don't post videos I should but I don't really but I'm probably going to make a new channel to vlog an stuff. Keep it up Pete you can do it if you set your mind on it!
