Yes. Cantonese is the main dialect of Hong Kong. While Mandarin is the official Chinese dialect of the Chinese nation, both dialects are considered so distinct that even "subtitles" are needed to convey certain phrases in some media, if you could believe that. If one masters both dialects, you are practically in the "top of the Chinese language world" here.

I'm sorry I don't know. His voice resembles the one used for the Tokyo Disneyland. But I think he is another person.
