Here's a little relationship study video, thing. It shows Marshall/Lionel throughout the season (I was very inclined to put in some scenes from It's Kind of A Funny Story and some brunette!Lionel in there, but I thought it would throw me off.]
Marshall and Lionel need each other. They've been alone for so long, and they need someone who could be there for them. And they found each other, although it might've been an odd beginning for them, sort of a love/hate thing.
I really love this pairing. Both characters are both interesting and amazing in their own ways, and they complement each other so well. I just adore them to bits.
