whether its you productive time to be pulled over by police for a Corporate violation AKA statute violation, or Paying money you labor created, or taking time to fight said ticket and either loosing by paying and taking time off of work or taking time off of work and keeping you labor created money. So no a 2 billion dollar budget is sucked out from some where either inflation which robes everyone even if you money is in a safe or a tax,or donation a country is responsible to pay back.
