@2823peyton If optimus had immediately blown megatron away, that would have been completely out of character for optimus. Most good guys will only kill in self defense, had Hot Rod not interfered, Prime would have probably beat megatron to the draw and blasted him. Hot Rod had good intentions, but his execution sucked.

@stor857 Yes I like Rodimus. And he only whiny when the plot was focused on him. Take the focus away from Rodimus and he was as competent if not more competent than his predecessor. In other words, he was only a pussy when the episode required him to be a pussy.

If it wasn't 4 Hot Rod steppn in when he did, Prime would've been outta there and so would autobot city. Optimus was the mech 4 sho' but I like Rodimus as leader 2, even tho' he basically whined his way thru season 3.

@MrCherryCola I am really getting sick of this. Hot Rod is NO WAY responsible for Optimus Prime's death. There's over a 20 second window between the time Optimus Prime points his flipping gun at Megatron and the time Hot Rod shows up to run interference. Plenty time for Optimus Dipshit here to pull that trigger at point blank no less. But Prime being Prime wastes this opportunity with lame and unneeded trash talk. Verdict: Death by Pure idiocy.

@DemonicRemption Yea when he turned gray I bursted into tears. I thought it was sooo horrible. And I remembered running down the stairs crying to my mom, telling her they killed Optimus Prime!! They killed Optimus Prime!! And she was like whose Optimus Prime? Lol!!!
