Beating Midgar Zolom with Party lv11 - World Record

So you think youre the master of FF7 gameplay because you have a game with every item, all chars at lv99, and you beat Emerald weapon?

THIS is the real challengue. one that requires real Skill. beat Midgar Zolom with the LEAST level possible. its a big challengue.

i beat it in 4:21, with lv11 party. do you think you can do it better?

for beating this world record, you must submit a video with these premises.

- NO CHEATS. you must show character status screen so we all can see youre not cheating.

- Level of the party is defined by the character with higher level. i managed to get there with lv11 skipping every battle. it took me only two hours and half to get there. you can prolly get there even with lv10-9 if you keep some characters dead during boss battles.

- if the level of the party is the same of the previous record, the one that beats it in less time wins (getting battle speed to max in options helps, while making it harder!)

@Nightmare5355 You don't need any cheat to beat emerald with a single low level character, just a good strategy and deep knowledge of how materia works. It has also been done with a level 2 yuffie and without cheat. And Ruby can be beaten with a lvl 1 Yuffie. You can acquire Yuffie at lvl 1 in early japanese version then convert your gamesave to make it usable in FF7 international since the regular japanese version doesn't have Emerald and ruby.

lvl 7 tifa beatring emerald waepon? yes, if you use some sort of hack or cheat lol

but this isn't really saying much, cause midgar zolom is quite easy to beat and rather pointless if you don't do it for the Beta enemy skill

dud, no offense, but u did a really good effort back there. But the reason why we fight the midgar zolom before we go to mythril mine is to have the BETA skill. u did not learn the BETA skill. no point in defeating the midgar zolom in lvl 11. :|

Uhh... killing Emerald WEAPON isn't the same as being a master of FFVII. Emerald WEAPON is easy if you just Mime your Limit Break for a few minutes and equip a Counter -> Mime materia combination.

Of course, I'm not belittling your video, either. I don't have the right to criticize something that I haven't achieved myself - leave that to the flamers.
