@fatalityhawk Actually it depends on the position. Rb's need it the most since they get hit all the time and they need a stronger balance to keep on their feet. Other positions are just to get em strong for balance. You dont need rock hard abs to be an nfl athlete. It js depends on the position
nope. mma atheletes and boxers arguably have the strongest abs, but nfl atheletes and sprinters tend to look more cut.
i think it's probably an illsion caused by the fact that nfl atheletes and sprinters tend to have more muscle overall than mma fighters, but yeah that's just how it looks from afar.
