911 Call: Help, Wife Handcuffed, Biting Me

A Fairfield, Connecticut woman attempting to reconcile with her estranged husband handcuffed herself to him as he slept and then bit him on his torso and arms as he phoned for help, police said. (March 24)

Once the caller called 911, police was already heading to the scene. The reason why that 911-operator kept asking questions is because the information asked can help the police understand the situation a lot faster. This also allows them to arrest the suspect once they arrive. If the officers who arrived to the scene did not know what that problem was, they would of probably arrested the caller for unlawful confinement. People who knows nothing should keep their mouth shut.
