True. Beyonce is very talented, but her voice has never touched me at all. She is definetly not soulful, no matter how hard she tries. I'm so proud that Letoya never gave up. Keyshia Cole, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, etc now that's some soulful singers just to name a few.

TLC was a huge, but do you think any of them in the group would had make it as a solo artist? chili, who is both the hottest and the most talented in the group, couldn't even get signed.

you know there are a lot of girl r&b group around the same time. TLC, SWV, en vogue, escape (t.i.'s girl tameka tiny cottle), 702 and where are they now? none of them is relevant.
i know it hurts to be bring down like this, but the fact is a lot of people with singing talent put in a lot of work, but very few becomes icons like beyonce.

I think that Beyonce's father is a greedy selfish person. He knew from the beginning that it was going to be all about Beyonce and not about the group as a whole. He basically showed beyonce how to out shine the rest of the girls.. I think thats so messed up... Letoya and Latavia put so much work sweat and tears to be in that group...Just to lose everything they worked so had for in the end.. I personally don't like Beyonce's father..He is just a money hungry low down con artist.

okay y'all. let's get real. beyonce was what made dc great. they wouldn't have the same success without bey. i know they all have a lot of talent, but talent alone just doesn't cut it. beyonce's the most talented and the prettiest. the other girls are pretty too (especially letoya), but they're not dropdead gorgeous, love at first sight beautiful like beyonce. she's like the hottest black girl i have ever seen. in the music industry,appearance is a big part.bey has the whole package to be a star

Im happy 2 hear this part of the story. I had always been a fan of letoya more than any1 else in the group. I just felt as if she had presence. I am a Bey fan but i likE "dangerously in love" bey better. It seemed more real and not commercial. Its apparent that Mr. Knowles didnt care about the other 2. They all started together and they should have supported each other. For them to be sooo easily replaced makes me wonder how Bey and Kelly felt about it all. I wonder if they r all cordial now....
