I focused on just one artwork to bring one important message across using David Bowie & Bing Crosby's Christmas song-duet, "Little Drummer Boy" and my 1965 tempera artwork that won first prize in an international art competition. I was 17 yrs old, then. Now I'm turning 60, this March 20! Other biblical compositions I have done may be viewed at: http://www.yessy.com/glennbautista/biblecomps.html

  • Hi Burzum2, thanks for your comment. Yes Christ came to get us out of the rut for all of us to have a clean slate and a fresh start in life. A real transformation of heart, soul and mind occurs when one surrenders his life to him. Many scholarly atheists and agnostics have changed their minds and believed in Christ like CS Lewis, Antony Flew, etc. Take care and God bless.

  • I've always wondered how some people can believe in something without any evidence! Evidence, as in obervations and testing of hypothesis is the sole way to extent our possible knowledge of the world surounding us. I guess some people just have less folds in their cerebral cortex than others!

Anyway, however nice this song is, the result of religion is not peace, but war, and division amongst mankind.

If "god" is allmighty, allpowerful and allgood, how come there's a "hell"?

    Peace & love!

  • just a wild guess . . when one gets baptized in a Christian Church, it says "In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" When Christ left, it's the Holy Spirit that took his place to be amongst believers. Take care, God bless and I hope this helps.

  • Hey, great comments, but now comes the question, by what authority must a man be baptized? Even those baptized in the order of John had to be re-baptized in the name of Christ. Acts 19:3-5. Where is this power and authority found today? Martin Luther made it clear that it had been lost and any church that branched off from there, be it Calvin or Swingli there is no proper baptism out there... is there? Those Mormons have an interesting view on it. Just curious.

  • can it be? i'm really hope
