@MadameBarry110 People forget that Joe Biden had a brain aneurysm. The resulting neurological damage can cause inappropriate words to come out because the filters normally present are gone. We had a friend who had a head injury and the aftermath was that he could not stop from saying embarrassing things like, "I never did like you" to one of our social group.

@Milz4Life That's Lloyd Bentsen, who was Michael Dukakis' running mate in the 1988 campaign. He famously told Dan Quayle that he was "no Jack Kennedy".
