La escritora Mónica Lavín hace una reseña de la Feria del Tamal que se llevó a cabo en el Museo de Culturas Populares en el sur del Distrito Federal. Entre la gran variedad de tamales resaltó uno muy peculiar que se come en la sierra negra de Puebla y cuyos ingredientes son: frijol, anís, pollo, cilantro y ajonjolí.
