My country Ireland is a neutral country. Read our constitution.

We had wars waged on us for hundreds of years and didn't get any help. We also had a Famine that killed a million of our people and forced 1.5 million to emigrate while the British did little to help us.

Where was our assistance? Don't lump my country in with Europe.
