Yeah, this isn't about cigarettes. It's about the ridiculous number of hot dogs you'd have to consistently eat in order for that to be the only logical conclusion to draw from a blood test...and then the inevitable and embarrassing denial dishonesty about the sheer number of hot dogs consumed daily.

@ForOrAgainstUs I think it's not just that. They nail the roundabout, non-judging-but-still-judging way a lot of doctors will broach an awkward topic like this. He knows from the start the problem with Timmy's diet, but it's a matter of getting Timmy to actually admit it. It's like asking a morbidly obese person what they eat. "Oh, I hardly eat anything, I don't know why I'm fat!" Then you ask them questions like these, and the same reactions start coming.
