  • Indeed, the sound is nice, rich, and mellow, but I would not, dubblechinn, attribute this to the instrument. Rather, I would say that the wonderful tone ought to be attributed to the instrument's wonderful player.

  • I love the sound of his clarinet! So beautiful! Rich and mellow...

Philharmonie hin- Philharmonie her.

  • @HachikoDog Unfortunately, Herr Steffens is no longer with the orchestra.

  • LarissaFMattos Video 02- Prelude n.1/J.S.Bach

  • @batmann567

because you touch yourself at night.

  • very good °-°

  • What´s the problem of using microphones and diverse technologies NOWADAYS? Things can´t be like in real Brahms´ era anymore! Sure, the sound isn´t soft, but it´s clear. The only problem I see is that the piece was cut, it´s incomplete. The time is good, as this movement is not an 1800 adagio or grave. You have also here a slower recording by Thomas Friedli, pretty nice, softer.

  • I don,t understand that nobody hear

that this recording is out of fase

because of the use of a lot microphones

    swimming pool sound......

  • Perfect on the high tones, Nuno Pinto perfect in the lower ones.
