  • how did your knees not snap in half??.... strong lift .... but.... ouch...

  • You're right! Since performing this lift, I have changed my legs to a more narrow stance. My knees are now very stable.

  • this is my 8 set at the same weightclass..

  • nice pull, but be careful about that hitching man. you're back never hurts until it does ... and then it sucks. bad.

  • Nice lift. Are you able to do it without straps? My opinion is to lose the straps, you can still do it with both hands over using that grip with your thumb inside your fingers, Brad Gillingham does almost 900 that way. It is painful at first but you become acclimated to it. You can also use the over/under grip the regular way. You obviously have a strong grip as evidenced by your chin-ups so drop the straps and work your grip with the king of the lifts - the deadlift.

  • WHO is that man in the back of the begining of the video & why isn't he in it more???

  • Welcome to the 400 club!

  • awesome job! very kick ass PR. Hope to see you at a powerlifting meet, i would totally come cheer you on!
