Academy College™ is an institution established to provide accredited private schooling to elite academy students whose training would be restricted by a traditional curriculum and timetable. The college structure has been developed to represent and support the expertise and services required by its specialist academy partners to deliver excellence within each discipline without compromising academic standards and values.

Academy College™ will be affiliated with the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) and subscribes to an academic vision of measurable personal empowerment and a strict moral value system. The academic curriculum is defined and implemented by Centurus Colleges™ and its educational philosophy is founded on the holistic development of the individual, encouraging participation in diverse activities distinct from their primary focus on excellence in a specific discipline.

Academy College™ is a fundamental element of the academy environment at the Sport and Art Exchange (SAX) in the Southdowns precinct, Pretoria. Each academy has been chosen on the strength of its founders and key personnel all of whom have established their credentials through success in their field of expertise. Many of the coaches and tutors are recognised as the finest in South Africa, and admission is subject to a rigorous selection process.

Academy College™ comprises several unique components designed to give the students opportunities for growth and personal development. In addition to the academic syllabus, each learner is required to participate in cultural, environmental or adventure co-curricular activities.
