Not a phone, not in Canada unless you import it. WIMAX is not even offered by ANY provider in Canada - the potential market is just too small to begin to educate to make aware of what WiMax is and to market it. Maybe to business' but not to end users.

YES YOU CAN MAKE CALLS! (including video calls - VoIP) and has GPS. If you happen to be in a WiMAX or soon to be WiMAx area. CONGRATULATIONS you will have internet on steroids! I am using it and can make VoIP calls to reg land lines, cell phones, VoIP Video Calls to other Video Mobile devices, video phones, softphone (computers), etc I pay nothing, Zero cents a minute!

i sell this phone and it is awesome!! I also sell internet calling service (voip). The live video is amazing and the picture is crystal clear, even better than iPhone. I can even show you how to make money selling this phone!
